Website Feedback
I am very pleased to have my new website up and running. It is still under development, so any feedback is both welcome and needed!
Please “Leave a Reply” by submitting comments below to let me know just what you think about this website – what you like, what is missing, what you won’t use, etc.
Of course the best feedback has a name attached – please be brave enough to leave feedback that is not anonymous!
I hope to be posting some interesting and valuable information to this blog soon, including articles about:
- Transaction horror stories – when things go wrong when buying or selling a home, and how I can help you avoid these pitfalls.
- Tax information – what you need to know about taxes in PEI when it comes to buying and selling homes.
- Financing your property.
- Why I need to see your ID when you give a deposit on a property (and why this is overkill).
- What a real estate agent has to do to remain certified – courses per year, etc. – we have to take a lot more training each year then you might think!
- Back pocket listings – what are they and how they can help both buyers and sellers.
- Pending properties – when you see a property that has a status of “Pending”, exactly what does this mean?
